Chris is a medical technician and has a severe case of enthusiasm for Panther Trace. "If you are going to invest in a home, you want a place that makes you love going there and Panther Trace does," Chris explains. "We love the recreation center and clubhouse. This is our dream, and it makes us want to come home every evening." "There is no other community with these amenities any closer to where I work." Chris says. "And, there's an A-rated elementary school right here." Chris and his family moved to Florida from Northern California, and were shocked at the affordability of Panther Trace. As Chris sees it, "Even with our lake view and added upgrades, what we have now would have been twice the price where we used to live." Pete is a captain, and flies large aircraft all over the world. He is also a husband and father of two young girls, ages one-and-a-half and three. "When we transferred from Washington State to Florida, we looked all over the Tampa Bay area," he explains. "We wanted just the right home for our growing family." Pete and his wife found just that place at Panther Trace. "Now, one day our daughters will be able to walk to school in their own neighborhood." "We're from California and love the outdoors," Pete explains. "So with Panther Trace, we knew we'd found home. The pool and playground area are exactly what my family wanted and the rest of the amenities just made the decision even easier.
